TE secures swag of tenants to Queen Street

The Queen Street building contains 21,900 square metres.

TE Capital has secured five tenants to a Melbourne CBD office it is renovating near the legal precinct.

The Australian Chiropractic College has signed the biggest deal at 350 Queen Street, for the seventh level, spanning 969 square metres.

Adelaide Education Group took level six – 964 sqm.

Three other businesses committed for part-floor space – Resonate, for 275 sqm on level 16, CT Group Solutions, for 158 sqm on level 15 and Warlows Legal, which took 197 sqm on the level eight.

Renovated office

The 20 level Queen Street building contains 21,900 sqm including ground floor retail.

TE bought it in 2020 from 3L Alliance which had just developed the $1 billion twin-tower Queens Place complex around it (continues below).

The Queen Street office has been renovated.

The Singapore group paid $145m. It was 13 per cent vacant.

Spotless Staffing Services is arguably the highest profile tenant; more than 10 years ago, its parent, Spotless Group was headquartered there.

As well as the offices, TE has upgraded the end of trip facilities and is about to revamp the ground floor lobby.

Following the most recent agreements there is c2677 sqm to fill.
