Leyton sells SA’s best performing Nando’s drive through restaurant

Nando’s best performing drive through restaurant, at Munno Para, just sold.

Leyton Property has sold a new Adelaide quick service retail investment in two parts.

The Zarraffa’s and Nando (behind) were completed last year.

The priciest – South Australia’s best performing drive through Nando’s, at 203/2 Curtis Road, Munno Para, collected $6.2 million.

With a 277 square metre restaurant it occupies a 1378 sqm block also exposed to Main Road North where it is passed by some 44,000 vehicle a day.

The lease expires in 2040.

Nando’s can then exercise options to 2050.

Zarraffa’s

Meanwhile the neighbouring Zarraffa’s at 2041/2 Curtis Rd sold for $2.58m – a 4.88pc yield.

The site spreads 1019 sqm (continues below).

The neighbouring Munno Para investments (marked).

The lease expires 2035 or 2055 with options.

Like the Nando’s, it was completed last year.

The properties form part of the Munno Para Retail Hub, within a large format retail complex also with a BCF, Petbarn, RSEA, Sydney Tools and Zambrero.

CBRE’s Beau Coulter and Justin Kramersh with Ray White’s Oliver Totani and Jack Dyson represented Adelaide based Leyton.

Munno Para is about 32 kilometres north of town.
