TAL Leases 10,500 Sq m in Sydney CBD

June 26, 2012 Marc Pallisco Martin Place, Sydney CBD Office Lease

TAL has signed a 12-year lease according to the AFR. The rent TAL will pay has not been reported, however it is speculated to be less than $1000 per square metre, per annum gross (before incentives: usually in the form of a rental discount, to lure office tenants).
