Adidas to Move From One Mulgrave Address to Another

SPORTS brand Adidas will relocate from one Mulgrave office to another, after signing a 3600 square metre lease deal at the Nexus business park on Dunlop Road.

Adidas will relocate from a Springvale Road office it has occupied for about 15 years.

The group is reportedly paying a rent of $275 per square metre, per annum, though it is not known if this is gross or face. The AFR reports average office rents in the area are between $270 to $280 per square metre, per annum.

ATO Renews Lease at Major Moonee Ponds Office, Melbourne

CHARTER Hall Office REIT has signed the Australian Tax Office to renew its lease at a prominent Moonee Ponds office tower.

The ATO has occupied the entire 22,000 square metre, seven level building (pictured, right) since it was developed in 1991. The office is near the Puckle Street retail strip, identified by previous governments as a prime activity centre in the north-west.

ATO’s lease was due to expire in 2013. It has now extended that until February 2020.

East Melbourne Offices Once Occupied by Paul Dainty, For Lease

EAST Melbourne offices once owned and occupied by rock promoter Paul Dainty have hit the market for lease.

A historic building at 14 – 18 Morrison Place, near the St Patrick’s Cathedral, is asking $100,000 per annum.

While occupied by Dainty, from the 1990s to about mid 2005, some of the world’s greatest acts including the Rolling Stones, were reported to have passed through the building.

Kraft Foods to Sublease Prominent Port Melbourne Office, Ahead of Move to South Wharf

THE outgoing Kraft Foods building – one of the inner-city’s largest standalone offices – is for rent.
 
The high-tech suburban headquarters – built for but never occupied by Boeing Industries ten years ago, measures 10,230 square metres and includes 360 car spaces.
 
The 187 Todd Road office is owned by Challenger which reportedly paid Salta $46 million for it, and a 12,000 square metre office warehouse at 300 Lorimer Street in 2002. Kraft is relocating to new offices at South Wharf.
