Sunland Group Unveils Bundoora Apartment Development, University Hill
The Heritage at Chancellor, within the wider $1 billion University Hill precinct, off Plenty Road, will transform four, 75-year old art deco buildings into 42 apartments.
Sunland says the apartments, which start at $325,000 for a one-bedroom, are larger than average, and include Art Deco features such as high ceilings and sash windows. Sunland’s Tanya Sanchez is marketing the apartments.
