South Melbourne Office Building Sells

The double storey fully leased freestanding retail building was believed to have sold on a yield of less than 5 per cent. The deal was negotiated by CB Richard Ellis senior manager Mark Wizel. He declined to comment when contacted by Capital Gain.

The building is a few doors up from the St Luke Shopping Centre site which is being redeveloped into a $25 million retail and office building totaling around 17,000 square metres.
