SAP secures another NSW retirement village
Brisbane based SAP Capital, headed by Sid Gupta and behind the Easy Living Villas brand, has quietly bought another retirement village site.
Again choosing New South Wales, the group is paying an as yet undisclosed price for the Wattlegrove community at Cootamundra – the birthplace of Sir Donald Bradman – 45 kilometres south west of Young.
Mountainview Retreat Retirement Villages was the vendor; over its nine years of ownership, it developed 32 independent living units – now occupied – and obtained a permit for 27 more for the 2.94 hectare block at 8 Short Street.
The brownfield property sold following an off-market campaign managed by Colliers’ Chris O’Driscoll and ACSL Property’s Shane Nicholson.
The asset is expected to be rebranded Easy Living Villas joining a book with assets in the Riverina and at Wagga Wagga.
