Fife in the black after Brisbane warehouse sale

Fife Capital has sold a Brisbane warehouse for $35 million.

The Acacia Ridge investment, 55 Bellrick Street, is speculated to have curried favour with Starwood Capital for Tempe Tyres to occupy.

Fife paid $26.2m in May, 2021.

JLL’s Harry Homan and Sam Stewart were the agents.

55 Bellrick Street

On 2.47 hectares, 55 Bellrick St contains a 10,736 square metre improvement (continues below).

“The property was secured by a owner occupier who had been actively searching for a suitable facility within Brisbane’s core central southern precinct,” Mr Homan said.

“Owner occupiers are prioritising functionality and strategic positioning despite the age of the facility,” he added.

“Acacia Ridge continues to cement its position as a critical node in south east Queensland’s supply chain infrastructure,” according to the executive.

The deal comes a week since we reported Fife pre-committed GPC Asia Pacific to a Forrestdale, Perth, industrial estate.
