QIC proposes $350m Canberra project

QUEENSLAND Investment Corporation will build a $350 million mixed-use project beside its Canberra Centre.

The proposal will replace a car park.

It is designed with an 11-storey office with 41,500 square metres of area beside a 13-level residential complex with c300 flats.

According to the AFR, the project will also contain c12,600 sqm of retail and more parking.

To complex will be linked by bridge to the Canberra Centre which QIC has held since 1990.
