An ex-car yard in Gardenvale, offloaded by Coles in September, 2019, is for sale again.

The 1115 square metre Commercial 1 zoned site is now occupied by Factor Bikes – a manufacturer, retailer and repair shop, co-owned by retired professional cyclist Baden Cooke.

A 250 sqm building at 203-207 Nepean Highway has been repurposed as a showroom, lounge and office.

More than 50,000 cars pass the site everyday (story continues below).

Former professional cyclist Baden Cooke holds an interest in UK based Factor Bikes.

The address also about 200 metres from Gardenvale train station.

Stonebridge’s Julian White, Chao Zhang and Rorey James are marketing the property as a development site or to occupiers.

Coles sold the parcel vacant for $3.64 million.

It traded in 2010 for $3.4m.
