Private Sector to Develop Melbourne’s Next Hospital

During the sale campaign it was expected the major 4152 square metre development site, abutting the Hawthorn train station, would make way for the eastern suburb’s next major apartment-based redevelopment – as is the case in Camberwell, Box Hill and Mitcham, further along the train line.

Colliers International’s Rob Joyes sold the 4999 square metre building, with 174 car park bays, and plans for a 2500 square metre extension.
