Prestige real estate agent Jason Scillio’s Flinders home set to challenge $17 million suburb record

Jason Scillio, a former director of prestige residential real estate agency Kay & Burton, is hoping to break the $17 million price record for a Flinders home.
The businessman has listed his 20.2 hectare personal estate at 160 Musk Creek Road via Sotheby’s Rob Curtain.
Unusually, the home and five others share a 55 hectare native bush property.
An online advertisement hasn’t yet been uploaded – but the listing has been a hit on Mr Curtain’s Instagram, where a post this week yielded several hundred reactions within hours.
A single-level main dwelling with five bedrooms and four bathrooms captures rural and bay views, including to Phillip Island.
“No expense has been spared in creating this private family home with future generations in mind, offering all the innovative trimmings expected in one of the finest homes on the Mornington Peninsula,” Mr Curtain said.
The holding also includes a bore feed dam, tiled self-cleaning negative edge pool and spa, “endless” water capacity, extensive garden irrigation infrastructure, stock yards and two barns meaning any incoming owner could consider keeping horses, like many of the neighbours.
Mr Curtain is not quoting 160 Musk Creek Road with a price guide, however it is expected to challenge the record set in 2017 when former Good Guys boss Andrew Muir paid Daniel and Danielle Besen $17 million for Miramar (pictured, below) – which occupies 29.5 hectares.
Miramar was also sold by Mr Curtain.
Incredibly, Mr Muir is undertaking a multi-million dollar renovation of the near new and dramatic curvaceous mansion the Besens had only recently finished building, on the Flinders block.

Offered by Zenith Interiors founder John Fisher and his wife, Jenny, that property, 3684-3686 Point Nepean Road, carried price hopes of between $20-$22 million.
