A seven year old records management and data back-up facility in Perth’s north has traded between heavyweight investment houses.

The 1.86 hectare base for Iron Mountain at 45 Boom Street, Gnangara, fetched $22.3 million.

Lendlease was the seller following an off-market campaign.

It paid $4.1m in 2019 for the land which made way for the 12,190 square metre building – of which offices comprise 700 sqm.

Iron Mountain, once known as Recall, had pre-committed 15 years (continues below).

Gibb Group and Linc Property were the developer-vendors; the property forms part of the 60ha Northlink Industrial Park.

Macquarie is the buyer this time around.

Gnangara is about 30 kilometres from the CBD.
