Perth office trades for $6.8m
A prominent East Perth office has traded between investors for $6.75 million.
The four level building at 130 Royal Street on the north west corner of Brook, was marketed as a repositioning opportunity, or for owner-occupiers, with a vacancy.
All up there is 1891 square metres with upper levels opening to balconies.
Tenancies are configured from 104 sqm.
There are also 27 underground car parks.
The site spreads 751 sqm near retail and public transport.
Savills’ Jackson Ferri and Barney Dear were the agents (continues below).

“The asset attracted strong interest from both owner occupiers and value-add investors…reflecting continued demand for well located commercial assets with repositioning potential in Perth’s CBD fringe,” they said.
This pocket of East Perth is about two kilometres from the city centre.
Last month realestatesource.com.au reported a five level office in the suburb, 149 Wittenoom St, sold for $10m – a 9.25 per cent passing yield.
Yesterday we reported developer John Blackburne sold the West Perth office which for years dubbed as his headquarters.
