One of the two occupiers bought 1 Healey Road.

ESR Group has quietly sold neighbouring modernised warehouses in Melbourne’s south east to an occupier.

The asset manager banked $26.5 million for the Healey Industrial Estate at 1 Healey Road, on the north east corner of Frankston-Dandenong Road, Dandenong South.

Covering 1.19 hectares, there are two buildings with a total 9798 square metres of industrial space.

The office component – 2085 sqm or 18 per cent – is higher than most assets of this type.

Carter Holt Harvey formerly tenanted.

Goodman was once the landlord.

Colliers’ Gordon Code, Sean Thomson and Gavin Bishop brokered the off-market deal.
