Pelligra buys another Adelaide office

Pelligra Group has snapped up an Adelaide CBD office – part of the campus style Citicom complex abutting Hindmarsh Square.

The three level investment, Brighton House, at 157 Grenfell Street, is part vacant.

It is designed with around a central core and is marketed for its natural light.

Citicom contains numerous offices over an underground car park.

Grenfell St is a major east-west public transport corridor through the city (story continues below).

JLL’s Roger Klem, Jed Harley and Sam Alexander were the marketing agents.

Melbourne-based Pelligra recently paid Cromwell $30m for the former Cavalry Wakefield Hospital, with plans to repurpose it into a healthcare hub.

Earlier this week Renewal SA announced another Victorian group, Quintessential Equity, would build and hold a c$400m office abutting Royal Botanic Gardens.
