Parks Victoria Comes to the Market For Space

Parks Victoria is looking for about 3500 square metres of office space, citing in its brief "buildings with existing ESD credentials" and a "preference for buildings with owner commitment to energy reduction strategies".

Provision for cyclists including bike racks and showers were also specified.

Tenancy Matters director Christopher Goodwin, acting for Parks Victoria, said the group would consider offices in the CBD and Docklands. He said Parks Victoria hoped to decide on its new offices in the fourth quarter of the year, and move in from next January 1.

Parks Victoria joins major tenants BP, CBus and Clayton Utz, which are also in the market for CBD offices.
