Oz Minerals Shrinks Occupancy at Freshwater Place Office, Melbourne
China’s Minmetals, which acquired a swag of Oz Mineral assets in a $1.6 billion deal earlier this year, will occupy two levels of the Southbank office tower, previously occupied by Oz Minerals, which now occupies just one floor.
