Only Melbourne Asset in $40 Million Singapore Airline Portfolio, Sold Separately

CB Richard Ellis selling agent Sebastian Drapac, who sold the strata office suites with Mark Wizel and CRS director Ian Robertson, said Singapore Airlines is paying a “below market” rent of about $192 per square metre, per annum, paving the way for the new owner to substantially raise rents before too long.
 
As part of the Singapore Airlines portfolio purchase two years ago, Real Estate Capital Partners and Investec also picked up strata offices suites in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide which it has sold separately and investments. It also picked up a nine-level office building at 178 St Georges Terrace in Perth.
