Chinese truck maker expands in Melbourne

Sinotruk Australia has leased 1/47-63 Remington Drive.

Sinotruk Australia has leased another Melbourne property, this time at Dandenong South.

The Chinese truck maker has chosen 1/47-63 Remington Drive, held by Centuria in the Wholesale Property Fund.

The 8789 square metre space will complement other tenancies utilised for sales, including another in the suburb at 6-18 Antonella Court, and in Noble Park and Pakenham.

Its latest facility includes full drive around access, significant hardstand and ample parking (story continues below).

Cushman & Wakefield’s Kosta Filinis and Gareth Jackson with Colliers’ Sam Hibbins and Luke Lowden were the agents.

Sinotruk, which produces some 200,000 vehicles annually, entered the local market in 2019.
