Occupier scoops up north Adelaide industrial sites

Porter Group has snapped up adjoining Adelaide properties to occupy.
The Regency Park holdings, 19 and 21 Opala Street, abutting Grand Junction Road where it is highly exposed, cost the global hire company $5.9 million following an off-market deal settling this month.
Spreading 7968 square metres with an EPA-approved wash bay and large hardstand area, it fenced.
There is also a 968 sqm warehouse.
McGees Property’s Marco Onorato and Andrew Wilson were the agents (story continues below).
Regency Park is about eight kilometres north of the CBD.
Eighteen months ago, MA Financial, for a mandate, outlaid c$50m for a 3.5 hectare industrial and bulky goods investment in the suburb at 560-570 Grand Junction Rd.
