New Price Record Expected for Ormond

A fully renovated Californian Bungalow, extended outward and upward, is expected to sell for more than $1.2 million when it goes to auction next week. Hocking Stuart Carnegie director Gary Walton, who is marketing the property with Kelly Evagora, says that while it won’t be the first home to crack the million mark in Ormond, it will almost certainly break the record of around $1.2 million.

The 5-bedroom home at 69 Ulupna Road includes large formal and informal living zones, a separate rumpus room and views over the Oakleigh Road Reserve. Hocking Stuart will auction the property on Sunday March 25th at 2:30pm.
