Networth co-founder Leslie Heine offers South Yarra office for lease
Networth co-founder Leslie Heine is wasting no time profiting from a South Yarra office building he was reporting as buying last month for $13.5 million.
The businessman is seeking to rent the commercial space within 141 Osborne Street – a five level complex (pictured top) for years occupied as the Osborne Business Centre, a serviced office.
Mr Leslie acquired the asset off-market from Barry Janes, who had occupied it for more than 20 years.
It was expected the building would be renovated and repositioned prior to being re-offered for lease. However it hit the rental market this month as is – or with the option of a refurbishment.
Described as “a geographically perfect city fringe office in an amenity-rich location” and “primed for sole occupation”, the leasing campaign is being managed by JLL’s Matt Szakiel and Matt Brown Greaves. Naming rights are also available.
On a 656 square metre block just south of the South Yarra train station, the 1505 sqm building, with 21 car parks, sits on land zoned Activity Centre.
