Neighbouring Wetherill Park warehouses trade for $8.75m

The site is selling to an owner-occupier for $8.75 million ex-GST.

An occupier is paying $8.75 million-ex GST for neighbouring Wetherill Park warehouses.

Spreading over 8300 square metres, 4 and 5 Kellaway Place was marketed as having a concreted rear yard suitable for storage.

The improvements contain a total 2850 sqm of lettable area, part in a second floor office.

LJ Hooker Commercial’s Marcel Elias, Marcus Schraag and Michael Binskin closed an expressions of interest campaign on December 10 (story continues below).

Wetherill Park is about 34 kilometres west of Sydney.

Five months ago Marley Spoon committed to a 14,200 sqm facility under construction at 300 Victoria Street, within the Wetherill Park Distribution Centre, owned by Charter Hall Prime Industrial Fund.
