Melbourne Auction Clearance Rates Steady at 73 per cent
Last weekend auction clearance rate fell to 73 per cent, after a sustained period of more than 80 per cent, the REIV says.
Agents say buyers are more willing to walk away from properties that do not meet their requirements, and say in some cases – vendor expectations need to be “reigned in”.
