Markham pays LaSalle Investment Managers $125.5 million for King Street Wharf complex

LaSalle Investment Managers has sold the King Street Wharf restaurant precinct, on Sydney’s Darling Harbour, for $125.5 million.

The venue includes a number of well-known eateries, some on long leases with more than 10 years left to run.

The deal, to private property house Markham, is being struck on a six per cent yield.

It comes five months after Markham paid $90.5 million for boutique offices in Walsh Bay.

Markham also co-owns the Sydney Superyacht Marina with Mirvac.

JLL’s director of retail investments, Australasia, Simon Rooney, and Stonebridge director Carl Molony represented LaSalle Investment Managers.
