Paul Lynch sells South Yarra restaurant

Paul Lynch sold his landmark South Yarra restaurant last week.

The auction topped at $5.3 million.

The 462 square metre site at the corner of Domain Road and Millswyn St traded to an undisclosed private.

Mr Lynch intends to shut Lynch’s at the end of the year.

The restaurant contains 414 sqm of internal area.

Gross Waddell’s selling agent Michael Gross said the price was well over expectation.
