Lumiere Terraces will include 10 two-storey townhouses, each with two bedrooms, a study nook, Miele appliances and basement car parking.
Marshall White’s James McCormack and Marcus Chiminello said residences at the 39 Kooyong road development start from $700,000. The townhouses are due for completion in Autumn 2010.
