Lonely Planet Building in Hawthorn Fully Leased Again

Reed and Reliance join multinational manufacturer Mars, and Japanese printing company Kyocera Mita, which combined leased another 846 square metres at 192 Burwood Highway.

Knight Frank leasing agent Michael Simonds said average rents were about $240 per square metre excluding incentives, which were 10 per cent. He said 50 car parks were leased at an average $120 per pay, per month.

Telecommunications group Gap Communications moved into the building about eight years ago after Lonely Planet staff were relocated to a converted warehouse on the banks of the Yarra River in Footscray.

The 1,910 square metre Hawthorn office building is fully leased again after three months on the leasing market, suggesting tenant demand for office space in the inner east is unabated from last year.
