Lendlease secures tenant for temperature controlled Glendenning factory

The property is being fit out as a cool room and freezer.

A local logistics services provider has signed a 10 year rental agreement for a temperature controlled Glendenning warehouse owned by Lendlease.

The modern property, 79 Owen Street, has been available since March.

It includes a 5918 square metre factory with 12.2 metre clearance accessed by three large roller shutters, with space for extra docks.

The awning spans 1228 sqm and there’s a 402 sqm double storey office.

It also has separate car and truck access (story continues below).

The incoming owner will fit out the property as a combined cool room and freezer.

Glendenning is about 44 kilometres west of Sydney.

JLL’s Greg Pike, Miguel Lee and Murray Pettinger were the marketing agents.

Lendlease recently banked $7 million selling eight new shops at its Aurora Village housing estate in Melbourne’s north Epping. Fitzroys was that broker.
