Not for profit to shift HQ within South Melbourne
Southport Community Housing Group will switch its headquarters within South Melbourne.
The not for profit has leased a 220 square metre double storey warehouse converted office at 96-98 Bank Street, on the north east corner of Victoria, opposite CDL Construction’s Eastern Eleven, which rises 14 floors.
Also one holding from Kings Way, it contains six car parks.
Gorman Commercial’s Mason Viola secured the long lease (story continues below).
Southport will relocate from a terrace converted office at 259 Dorcas St, behind South Melbourne Town Hall.
This pocket of the suburb is less than two kilometres from the CBD.
