Lend Lease won’t bid for Greensborough Plaza shop

Lend Lease said it won’t throw its hat in the ring for a retail property on 627 square metres abutting the main entrance of its Greensborough Plaza.

The asset, 15-23 Main Street, was for a period until 2006 owned by Telstra.

It was also once occupied as the suburb’s post office.

Allard & Shelton with Savills recently listed it for sale.

The site comes permit-ready for a two level office extension.

The guide is $4.25 million.
