Kingsmede doubles down in Salisbury

The Salisbury warehouses Kingsmede secured from Dexus last May.

Fourteen months after securing a multi-building Salisbury industrial investment from Dexus, Andrew Potter’s Kingsmede has bought the property next door.

Centuria sold 7/121 Evans Street after 10 years.

The off-market deal for 7/121 Evans Road (pictured, top), with Centuria, is worth $10.45 million.

On 8256 square metres, it is tenanted to BlueScope Steel subsidiary Orrcon Manufacturing.

Centuria paid $6.13m in April, 2015.

The disposal price was a nine per cent premium to book value.

Colliers’ Gavin Bishop, Sean Thomson, David Brisk and Nick Evans were the agents.

Kingsmede paid Dexus $55.4 million for the neighbouring 4.3ha industrial investment, 121 Evans Rd – also tenanted to Orrcon.

Salisbury is about 12 kilometres south of Brisbane’s CBD.
