Ms Lustig-Moar is reported to have paid $8.3 million for the two adjoining Lucient shells, in late 2006, and is currently fitting out the penthouse she retained, sources say.
Lucient was designed by architects at The Buchan Group, and co-developed with Macquarie Real Estate Capital.
