Rose Porteous to Sell Toorak Pad, Again
The master bedroom includes two dressing rooms and a marble bathroom.
The modest mansion was listed for sale last August, for a reported price of between $7 million and $8 million, but failed to sell and was withdrawn from industry websites in March.
RT Edgar director Greg Herman confirmed the Toorak home is for sale again, but declined to elaborate on price. Rose is understood to split her time between Melbourne and Perth, where she has family. Sources speculate Rose will buy another Melbourne base.
In 2006, Rose demolished the iconic Prix D’Amour mansion, in Perth’s ritzy Mosman Park, and subdivided 8,500 square metre estate into ten smaller house lots.
