Investa to Sell Wool House, Parkville, For $22 Million

An Investa spokeswoman said the B-grade, 8,749 square metre Wool House building had been touted off-market – but declined to comment on an existing sale negotiation, citing a confidentiality agreement.
 
Wool House would be the second major sale in the Parkville area this year.
 
In March, the University of Melbourne paid Drapac about $37 million for the City Ford car dealership at 750 Elizabeth Street, abutting the frantic Haymarket Roundabout. The university will eventually build Nucleus, a $130 million, 12-level high tech office on that site.
