Hocking Stuart co-founders no longer neighbours

Greg Hocking, co-founder of Melbourne agency Hocking Stuart, is no longer neighbours with his friend and former business partner Andrew Stuart.

The former has moved out of his six bedroom Toorak mansion home – for Albert Park, the suburb the business was established 24 years ago.

On Huntingfield Road, the outgoing home cost nearly $2 million in 1999.

It is separated by a lot from Mr Stuart’s.

The pair pocketed a speculated $20m selling the real estate business in 2007 to eight agency directors.

Mr Hocking has since accepted a role with buyers’ advocate Morrell & Koren.
