Harmony sells Larapinta forklift warehouse

The Larapinta property is exposed to the Logan Motorway.

Harmony Property Investments has sold a Larapinta office, showroom and warehouse for $9.34 million.

The fund manager paid $6.88m – a price reflecting a 7.7 per cent yield – for 64 Axis Place in 2015.

On a 7742 square metre Industrial 1 zoned plot within the Radius Industrial City estate, about 20 kilometres south of Brisbane, the property is highly exposed to the Logan Motorway.

The 3742 sqm structure was purpose built 12 years ago for the occupier, forklift maker Linde (story continues below).

Harmony recently paid $13.9m for a Stones Corner office.

CG Property Group’s Mark Gilbride and Michael Callow were the agents.

The deal comes a week since we reported Harmony outlaid $13.9m for a Stones Corner office to seed a fund.
