Guy Pearce to sell ex-Melbourne family home
Four months after unsuccessfully offering his ex-Middle Park family home for lease, actor Guy Pearce has put it up for sale.
The unique residence – two adjoining double fronted red brick Edwardians on 748 square metres at 341-343 Richardson Street, carries a guide of $8.5-$9.35m.
Mr Pearce purchased the property in two parts – #341, in 1995, for $345,000, then #343, nine years later, for $1.35m.
The homes were connected and renovated after that.
In 2017, the actor bought another red brick Edwardian at #339; costing $4.1m, it boosted his amalgamation by 367 sqm.
However in early 2021, that property was put back to market, trading at auction for $4.2m.
Mr Pearce, who nowadays lives in Amsterdam with partner, Game of Thrones star Candice van Houten and young son Monte, also sold a getaway at Berembroke, between Ballarat, Geelong and Melton, for $1.27m, last year (story continues below).

The fully renovated Richardson St home is configured with four bedrooms, a media room, study and large open plan living and dining area. Historic features include leadlight windows and Baltic pine floors.
