Gurner launches Collingwood commercial leasing campaign

A landmark Koichi Takada Architects proposal was put forward in 2016.

Gurner is seeking to fill the 3000 square metres of commercial space set to form the ground level of Collingwood’s Victoria & Vine project.

The offering spans 180 metres of Wellington Street, marketing agents Josh Tebb from JLL and Zelman Ainsworth, who recently launched Ainsworth Commercial, said.

The space can be configured with offices or retail, including showrooms.

Construction of Victoria & Vine started last year.

Upon completion it will contain nine apartment buildings designed to look like warehouse conversions (story continues below).

The project covers a rectangle site, 1-57 Wellington St, from Victoria Parade almost to Derby St.

Its design is a conservative alternative to a landmark Koichi Takada Architects proposal, which many esteemed but was criticised by a councillor.

The address is about two kilometres from Melbourne.
