Growth corridor childcare centre trades off-market

An investor just bought a $9 million childcare centre from Accord sight unseen.

Accord Property has sold another near new childcare centre, this time in Perth’s outer south.

The 96 place Buttercups Early Learning backed asset at 108 Lawrence Way, Byford, fetched $6.42 million, a 6.1 per cent net passing yield.

Part of the Beenyup Grove estate, the 2304 square metre site at the north west corner of Orion Road contains 20 car parks.

The building spans 743 sqm.

There is also a 682 sqm play zone.

The deal comes nearly a fortnight since we reported Accord sold a south west Brisbane childcare centre trading as Bask Early Learning for $9m to an interstate investor sight unseen (continues below).
