Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co has found a tenant to take over the lease of a logistics facility in Adelaide’s north.

A local operator has signed the commitment for five years at B, 122-132 Purling Avenue, Edinburgh.

It is surrounded by hardstand and 55 car parks.

The block can also accommodate B-double trucks.

The Edinburgh building contains modern offices and roller door access.

Colliers’ Paul Tierney and Tom Barrett were the agents.

Glenn Maskell and Peter Evans of the agency’s Occupier Services arm acted for Goodyear.
