Goodman secures two pre-commitments at Truganina

Signet will occupy an 8225 sqm distribution centre at Goodman’s West Industry Park.

Goodman has pre-committed two groups to Truganina’s West Industry Park.

In the biggest deal, packaging supply and personal protective equipment distributor Signet has leased an 8225 square metre warehouse to be known as 17 Magnesium Place.

The packaging supply and personal protective equipment distributor will join Goodride Tyres – which will occupy a 5380 sqm facility at #5 (artist’s impression, top).

The agreements mean Goodman can kick off the last stage of the estate’s construction; the landlord will also speculatively build two warehouses.

CBRE’s Tom Murphy and Harry Kalaitzis, who found Signet and Goodride Tyres, are marketing the last buildings.

West Industry Park is also home to Mazda, which occupies a 71,000 sqm distribution centre, and eStore Logistics.

Last month Goodman secured Australia Post to the Port Air Industrial Estate, in Sydney’s Botany.
