Glenbrae Equestrian Centre for sale
A horse training centre developed by former Hawthorn Premiership captain Don Scott in the mid 1990s is for sale asking $2.2 million.
Wandin North’s Glenbrae Equestrian Centre spreads 19 hectares and includes two residences, 20 horse paddocks, an Olympic sized floodlit indoor riding arena and 18 stables.
Box Hill TAFE, and Billanook College use the facility, at 205 Victoria Road, for training.
The club has bookings for the rest of the year, LJ Hooker Lilydale selling agent Cathy Lombardo said.
The suburb is about 40 kilometres east of Melbourne.
