Frasers fills Berrinba estate

CEVA Logistics occupies c62,000 square metres within the Berrinba Logistics Park.

National Tyre & Wheel has signed a 10 year lease for a 21,017 square metres warehouse at the Berrinba Logistics Park, in the outer south.

The ASX listed wholesaler is presently at Hamilton in the city’s Trade Coast precinct, near Brisbane Airport.

Pellicano completed a Dandenong South warehouse for NTAW last July.

Its new facility, with a 418 sqm office, is due for completion early next year.

With the pre-commitment, Frasers Property Australia has filled the 21 hectare estate; one of the biggest occupiers, CEVA Logistics, expanded its tenancy in 2020.

The landlord holds other Logan-precinct land though, much acquired in recent years.

Last week we reported it paid Baycrown Group $42 million for a 23.4ha industrial development site in the near new west Melbourne suburb of Cobblebank (story continues below).

Frasers this month paid $42 million for Cobblebank’s ex-Melton Driving Range (shaded).

NTAW pre-commits again

JACX Property’s Grant Pickford, via JLL’s Shaun Canniffe, acted for NTAW.

The agreement comes 11 months since the tenant moved into an 8975 sqm purpose-built warehouse within Pellicano’s Innovation Park at Dandenong South, in Melbourne’s south east.
