CEVA expands at Frasers’ Berrinba Logistics Park

CEVA Logistics now occupies 61,980 square metres in two buildings at Frasers Property Industrial’s Berrinba estate.

CEVA Logistics has expanded at a Frasers Property Industrial business park in Berrinba, in Brisbane’s south.

The occupier has signed a five year lease for a 20,980 square metre complex with a 50-metre wide load area at 70-88 Australand Drive.

CEVA already tenants a 41,000 sqm property within Berrinba Logistics Park.

Therefore only a small portion of the new building – two per cent or 421 sqm – will be fit out with offices.

It also won’t need many more car parks (its latest tenancy requires just 45).

Berrinba is about 24 kilometres from the city (story continues below).

In February, CEVA Logistics and Frasers Property Industrial signed a rental agreement for a 37,307 sqm facility at Melbourne’s West Park Industrial Estate.

Elsewhere in Queensland CEVA rents a 30,000 sqm facility at Pinkenba, near Brisbane Airport.

Nationally, FPI has developed and leased 10 industrial properties for CEVA.

In February, the pair signed a lease agreement for a 37,307 sqm complex at Melbourne’s West Park Industrial Estate in Truganina.

The logistics group occupies 238,670 sqm at that estate, including a landmark warehouse on 16.6 hectares which, when it moved into three years ago, was the largest distribution in the southern hemisphere.
