Former Williamstown Post and Telegraph Office to be Sold as an Investment

A 151-year old pub, believed to be one of Williamstown’s oldest surviving public buildings, is being sold as an investment.

The former Williamstown Post and Telegraph office at the junction of Parker and Cole streets is leased to Santorini restaurant which pays annual rent of $86,357. It’s expected to sell for about $1.5 million, reflecting a yield of about 5.8 per cent.

Knight Frank’s Ken Smirk and Compton and Green will auction the historic commercial property next month.
