Eddie McGuire has sold an unrenovated house in Toorak’s Dunraven Avenue for $2 million.

The single-storey dwelling was held as an investment but earmarked for a tennis court.

It is next door to the media personality’s former family home – a 10-year old Wayne Gillespie, which also recently traded, for $4m.

The incoming owner of 2 Dunraven Avenue is intending a new build (story continues below).

Mr McGuire is moving elsewhere in the suburb – specifically a Georgian with a tennis-court just off St Georges Road which cost $11.75m last year.

He also recently spent c$10m on a Portsea beach house the family has holiday-rented over the years.
