Eagle Farm home of ABB collects $8m

An Eagle Farm property occupied by ABB Australia has sold for $8 million.

One Lavarack Avenue contains three warehouses with a total 5480 square metres.

These buildings cover a 7987 sqm plot exposed to Gateway Motorway.

The Zurich based ABB, which produces car charging stations amongst many other technologies, has occupied since 1993 (story continues below).

ABB has occupied 1 Lavarack Avenue since 1993.

CBRE’s Dan Munnich said the buyer was attracted to the location, tenant covenant “and enormous development upside”.

The suburb is about eight kilometres north east of Brisbane.
