Doriemus co-owner lists in Yarrambat

A co-owner of champion race horse Doriemus has will sell a resort-style estate at Melbourne’s north east Yarrambat, in place of something closer to town.

Damien Woodruff, also a National Australia Bank senior executive, with his wife, Kerri, can expect about $2.3 million for the Latrobe Road property.

On 1.2 hectares it contains tennis court and pool.

A dwelling is designed with four bedrooms, a study, children’s quarter and rumpus room.

The vendors acquired it three years ago.
